Refund policy & Return Policy
We offer a 100% money back guarantee with 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charge and gift-wrapping where appropriate).

Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or when returning goods, please quote the - order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do the users tell you that they want to return the goods in the first place?

The customers needs to communicate to us on returns through an email to jyotienterprise1987@gmail.com or by phone with a call to out toll free number +91-9825600539. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if there's a delay in the courier and it gets back to you after 30 days?

We issue a no quibble refund / replacement for products that are received back in our warehouse within 30 days. In case of shipments reaching us after 30 days due to unavoidable reasons like postal delays, we take it on a case-to-case basis to address the problem.

Where should customers send their products for returns?

For product returns, customers should send the product(s) to the specific warehouse address mentioned / printer on the invoice. Check the specific warehouse details of the product(s) printed on the invoice, sent with the package.

What is the refund process for Cash-on-Delivery orders?

For CoD orders, please share your bank account details with our customer service to receive your refund amount. You can write to us at jyotienterprise1987@gmail.com for more details.

Do you refund users for courier expense of returning the goods or not?

No. We do not refund users for postage expense incurred for returning goods.

In a few cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.

When are returns not possible?

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

Used products
Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.

Can I return Part of My order?

Yes, a return is possible at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can request a return for a partial quantity. But shipment charges of the same needs to be borne by customer. Returns must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase.

When are refunds provided?

Refunds are provided only in cases of damage in transit or cannot provide replacement due to no stock availability. In case of returns, a refund is issued once the products are received at our warehouse.

I have requested for replacement when will I get it?

Replacement would be sent to customers when the products that need to be replaced are sent from the customers and they share the details of couriers with us. The replacement of parcels would reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.

Exchange

Exchange of unused products need to be communicated within 30 days and reach our warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment of the original order. Shipment charges of the same needs to be borne by customer. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
